You are a social media expert with experience in the creation/implementation of editorial plans and knowledge of content management. You know your way around creating and managing social media content. Thanks to your creative skills, you create appealing and targeted content.
Your qualities include a structured way of working. At the same time, you enjoy recognizing trends and implementing them in the corporate environment. If you have excellent communication skills and are able to convey our brand messages consistently, then we look forward to receiving your application!
Your main tasks
- Development and implementation of social media strategies to increase brand presence and reach in terms of employer branding
- Creation and curation of appealing, target group-oriented content for various social media platforms
- Planning, implementation and analysis of social media campaigns and activities
- Monitoring and evaluation of social media key figures for the continuous optimization of strategies and content
- Community management, including interaction with followers, responding to comments and customer inquiries
- Updating website content and ensuring its relevance and accuracy
- Identification of improvement opportunities for the website and development of suggestions for optimization
- Implementation of optimizations on the website, including improvements in design, usability and SEO performance
- Collaboration with other teams such as sales and IT to continuously improve the website and adapt it to the company’s goals.
