The excellent training opportunities for apprentices are a high priority. This includes not only highly qualified training, but also “apprenticeship with Matura” in the integrated model. During the Matura school, the apprentice works 4 days a week and the 5th day can be devoted entirely to training – with full payment of the apprentice’s salary. This makes it possible to complete the Matura and gain practical experience in the company at the same time.
